Counting Down The Days

Filed under: simple, technical — admin @ 3:28 am

There is no standard time and date when it comes to car transport. There are so many factors that affect the delivery schedule of a vehicle such as the location of the origin and destination, traffic condition, weather and even mechanical issues.
The farther the destination from the origin, the longer time it takes for the auto mover to transport the vehicle. It is stated by law that the only allowable time for a truck driver to drive is 10 hours. After that, they should rest for at least 8 hours. The route will also be a big factor in terms of determining the time of delivery. If there are more alternative routes, there is less chance for the delivery truck or trailer to be caught up in heavy traffic.
Trucks typically stick to the major highways, mainly because of their size. Some of the major highways in the U.S. I-10 east and west, I-95 North and South and I-40 East and West. If the delivery is not within the main roads, at the time of delivery will be greater.
Automotive Transport consignment note time and date will also be affected by the weather capsized. In times of heavy rain, hail and snow, time is slower because of dangerous road conditions. Not only that the driver of his time for the safety of the vehicles into account, but also for his own safety and that of the other vehicles on the road. Needless to say, when the van comes to an accident, the delivery will be delayed for a few days.
Another event that may result in unforeseen delay of delivery, is mechanical problems. The supply of trucks to be reliable car train companies are prior to leaving the origin to verify. But from time to time, there is still experience unexpected problems. By using a simple case of flat tires at a major technical fault, these things will contribute to the time it is delivered to your vehicle.
The above-mentioned vehicle transportation time delays are mostly in the extreme side. The situation really occurs, but in rare cases. Some issues are easy to solve, so do not need to spend a few days delay, and perhaps just a few hours on it.
